there may not be an exact time when an update is available but there is a ballpark time frame that you could give us there is information somewhere on when the update will be released the update has been certified for this phone so there is a ballpark figure on when it will be released. you guys are just too laz to find Out the info that we are looking for. when a phone is on multiple carriers there is an update schedule that is listed online that is easy available on when updates will be available this phone is exclusive to T Mobile which makes when the update is available harder for us to find out. but you guys do have the information or can find out if you really cared about your customers and really wanted to.and you wonder why people want to stay away from t-mobile
