$140 bill and no service. Need help immediately!

Hello, I went to the Tmobile store (7648) and signed up for the Simple Choice Plan for my international trip today 5/8/2014. My service rep was (A. Williams).

I ask multiple times to make sure that my bill would be $65, and she confirmed that it would be $65. When I look at my bill in the pdf its $142, before tax. I only need this service for 11 Days, but I'm being charged for two months.

 

When I was in the store signing up (5/4/2014).

I was given a iPad to fill in the following(ONLY)

  • Name
  • Email
  • Phone Number
  • SSN

 

And then told to sign a screen as it was for confirming the background/credit check. I was never shown the Agreement Page and when I finished all I was given was a Sim card.

 

When I received the pdf in my email my bill had a prorated charge twice, even though; I informed her I was using the service for the trip I'm leaving for today (5/8/2014) and cancelling the plan afterwards.

 

All I wanted on my plan was International Text/Data, if I can't have a solution by the time I land in my destination, I would like to have a full refund and a cancellation of this immediately.
