Re: I am unable to view my previous bills

Before the site changed officially to EE I had constant access to my bills and could view, download and print at any time. The page partly loads....the top bar and the side bar both appear, but the section of the page were it would normally ask what monthly bill you would like to view, just stays blank.

 

Looking at previous comments left by people who have encountered the same thing, I have deleted all cookies, cache ect and tried using different browsers and different computers but the same problem still remains.
