I have the same exact issue. usually I'm using my phone and I have Chrome running, it freezes, than the screen flashes and the phone restarts. And lately if I'm texting two people I have trouble believing that every time the message from each person arrives at the same exact time as the other person, although I believe that's unrelated to the phone constantly restarting. I am also not running Lookout, but I am running Mcafee.
