Re: T-Mobile switched my service to a phone with a bad IEMI, is this the type of customer service I should expect?

I gave the IEMI when I signed up and it is a T-Mobile branded phone.  From reviews, Gazelle mostly sends out quality phones but I got one that slipped through the cracks, I am able to return it to Gazelle but if T-Mobile could keep track of the status of the blacklisting of their branded phones and give customers a heads up I wouldn't be out of service.  I'm not happy with Gazelle either but T-Mobile is the one who left me without service.
