Re: T-Mobile switched my service to a phone with a bad IEMI, is this the type of customer service I should expect?

The sim is live, but the phone isn't.  The problem is they don't know until the system kicks in.  This is the risk buying used.  Sprint, Verizon, and all other carriers do the same thing.  Sometimes the system takes a cycle or two.  Gazelle should have a return policy.  This is one of the reasons why I only buy brand new, and never risking buying used.
