If you read farther down in the requirements it states note there may be further requirements which is where the 7day requirement comes in play. It also states to call for additional requirements.

LOL @ this... John N: Alright. We actually have a T-Mobile version of the Nexus 5 which was released last 20th of November. That phone is specifically designed to work under our network, specifically LTE.
