I have the same issue (different zip code:27520). My phone worked fine until yesterday. It's been twenty four hours since I've had service. I tried the chat support, that didn't work. They told me to call (you know, with the phone that doesn't work) the basic 1800 number where I got to do everything again. And then I gave up. We tried resetting the sim (I guess, maybe the tech was surfing reddit while I was on hold...)turning the phone on and off...2g, 3g, lte... apn, search for networks. I even tried calling google and doing a factory reset. I'm glad I'm not paying verizon to try and take over the internet anymore but this is ridiculous.
