Re: I switched to a different phone on my no-contract plan, called customer service, got it all taken care of. Was told 2 hours before phone would work, it's been 4 and still have no service.

I finally figured out how to do this yesterday, but thanks anyway...  And yes, I gave all the correct info to customer service when I called to activate the new phone.  Not sure why it took so long to get it to work...
