So I just talked with an chat representative who said this is a known device issue (I haven't seen any T-Mobile generated FAQs about it....) and the engineers are working on a fix (with no ETA) and as soon as it's available they will let me know! (uh huh...). So in other words what I got from that is "you're SOL"...
