The main complaint is - many "regular" CS folks seem to be telling people they are "sxxt out of luck" and can't get credit, which is why many are coming here. I don't think I have seen posts that the CS people that work the chat function are refusing credits. Jessica and others are so helpful in this regards that you will see many customers come back to thank her for her help. That's unusual.

All representatives should be able to credit back 60 days, additionally you can go directly to the company charging and request refunds as well, although that process can be a bit difficult. Currently the tool we use allows us to adjust the same 60 days
