Hi all.
I'm a new T-mobile customer. I just started a new plan a few days ago and at the store I was told I can upgrade anytime, but when I look on the website to upgrade, all the phones are full price. I called customer support and was told because I brought my own phone over, I can't upgrade for a year. That my only option is to make another new account and upgrade then. Is this right??? Seems really ridiculous to me. Thanks for all your help in advance!
