Here's what I have to say about the Simple Plan...

Hello everybody,

I am a T-Mobile customer with the classic plan, and this isn't really a question of some sort, I just want to say some things about the Simple Plan.

First, I know that the Simple Plan is supposed to be more "simple", while it offers simplicity, it takes away the "choice".

What if I don't want unlimited minutes? What if I don't want text? What if I don't want data? Nope, you are getting it anyway. My family doesn't talk that much on the phone, and some of our family members doesn't even text at all. For that, it just doesn't make any value for something that my family and I doesn't use at all. And that goes to data plan as well. What if my family members doesn't use data? Maybe I do need a data plan, but not everyone in my family do.

Second, where did all the discounts go? Gone. No more. You aren't getting any, after all. I still remember years ago where I got discounts for buying a new phone, and discounts for my plan. Now the Simple Plan is here, they don't exist anymore.

I am not saying that the Simple Plan is a bad plan at all, it's a great value if you need the services. I just feel like the Simple Plan is forcing people to pay for something that they don't need. And don't tell me about their prepaid plans, a family of four in my case, prepaid plans will cost more comparing to the postpaid plans.

That's all I have to say for now. If any moderators finds this post offensive to themselves and/or T-Mobile in general, go ahead and delete this post. Nothing I can really do much anyway. Thanks for reading.
