Just made the switch to T-Mobile from Verizon this morning. Or so I thought. Was assured that the Note 4 was in stock and would absolutely arrive tomorrow, Wednesday 12/3. As it turns out, that was a bold faced lie. They are backordered until 12/15! Sure enough, I contacted my local store, they have a few devices in stock and advised calling to cancel the order. Apparently that is a several business day process. This is extraordinarily disappointing as I am leaving Verizon for their poor customer service. Here's to hoping my cancellation goes through an expedited manner so that I have a chance at getting over to T-Mobile. And I hope this is not a sign of interactions to come... very disappointed.
Is there any way that I can expedite the cancellation request so that I can please transfer my service? Appreciate any assistance.
