I have the same issue, the problem is the phone. It took me 1 1/2 months of talking to Nokia (Microsoft) and T-mobile running network tests and the problems was not resolved, by the time they told me that it was the phone, it was out of warranty. T-mobile sold me 2 LG L90 at a discount rate but now they don't want to replace my other 3 lines at the same rate. It's very annoying, I have 3 other Nokia 521 that are not useful and T-mobile Loyalty department is simply awful.
