Hello, I am trying to get my alcatel one touch fierce to charge when it is on. When I plug it into a wall outlet, it will not show the charging light and the device will stay it is not charging. When i plug it to my computer, it also doesn't charge. This is becoming very frustrating as it is very difficult to put an alarm, as my phone battery drains fast, especially between 19-13%. I would love to be a wallhugger one day but this dream is postponed as my phone will not charge when on. I already did a master reset and the problem is still there. What else should I do? (There is also the problem of my headphones falling too easily from the headphone jack. it all loose and just touching it will stop the music on my phone.)
