You and I appear to be in the same nightmare. Everyone is very sympathetic on the phone. They apologize, and I believe they are sincere. But, they don't actually seem to be able to do anything to get the phones. Meanwhile I get to read about Brad getting two of the handsets when he ordered 17 days after me. No offense Brad, good for you. But, that's just plain ridiculous. Someone should have told me on day 1 that new customers are last in line and it may be months before you get your phone. Then I would have been able to make a better choice.
