I don't make phone calls much, but this has been happening since last week when i was making call with my mom, at first i thought it was our connection, the call got disconnected 4 times in the 3 minutes period. It was until i made outgoing calls/incoming calls to/from landline and mobile and still get disconnected every 20 seconds or so, then i noticed it was my phone or sim card. I know It is not a drop call, because I have full bars, and non of my other lines in the account have this problem, and it happens everywhere. I tried turn out and off the phone, take out battery, sim card. didn't help. I haven't get a new sim card yet, but can sim card even cause this?. I don't want them send me replacement phone because it'll be a refurbished, refurbished phone have way too many problems than it is. It is very frustrating, especially this week when i had so many important calls from the hospital, and my interviews, and can't even stay connected without it getting disconnected.
