Thank you for your response. I know that I am not the only one that experienced the "Cancelled Order" that cannot be "Uncancelled"; however, it is enlightening that situations such as mine, and others, "... have prompted some significant back end changes..." and that the ability to "uncancel" an order is being studied. It would only make sense that a supervisor in CS would have the authorization and ability to do so.
TMo local stores do not carry the iPhone 6+ 128gb phones. I don't know why but just the same, associates in the TMo stores only have the ability to place an order for the 128gb models. As far as getting mail in Japan... No... but it was a good suggestion. I will not be in one location long enough since I will also be going to two other places in Japan and then off to Hong Kong, Vietnam, Taiwan, Thailand, Indonesia, Singapore and Australia. At least all the countries I will be visiting are part of the 120+ TMo partnerships. When I get back I will post my experiences using TMo. I hope it will be positive... I know a lot of international travelers that are waiting for my feedback...
Again... thank you for your response. I look forward to being a TMo customer for a long time since so far, the customer service has been stellar, even if I did hit a couple of bumps along the way .
