In the process of ordering an Iphone I was getting an error on my credit card not going through.
I tried all my cards and they were giving me the same error. (I have no issues using the cards in other websites.)
During this process tmobile did multiple credit checks and suddenly now I am not eligible for buying the phone without a huge down payment. When I visited Tmobile store they advised me to wait 2 months before buying the phone (something about my account being indefinitely bad?). I have excellent credit and I don't understand why now I have wait 2 months and while I am not even sure the problem will be resolved. I know it is my fault trying multiple cards but honestly I didn't know I was going through multiple credit checks. Tmobile said that they suspect the credit card not going through because of the high volume of order. I even have proof of initial EIF docs that show that I qualify as good credit. I don't know what I should do now.
