I have used the jump program before by going into Tmobile and doing the trade there. This last time that I did it I did it through a 3rd party store. When you use the jump program at these stores they don't check the old phone in for you they make you ship it back and wait for the credit to be wiped clean of the old phone. It would be fine but the problem that im having is that I sent the phone out with the prepaid return label on 8/12 and I still haven't seen my Tmobile account online show that it was received or cleared yet and its 9/3. Im wondering has anyone else ever used the JUMP program at a store like this and if you have how long did it take before it was cleared on your account online. I've contacted Tmobile several times and they have been no help in trying to resolve this. The prepaid labels that are provided apparently don't have a tracking number on them just a rma number. I don't want to have to pay for a LG G2 that I sent back so im hoping this will get cleared soon because im not sure what to do at this point.
