Only executive support and engineers are authorized to download the document(Level 20 or higher). I am only level 17, therefore I am not able to download and upload it on other websites.
Also, I have no control of your internet connection. I am using the vpn as we speak, so two of my laptops are working fine. No those are not company laptops. Vpn is definitely correct.
