Missty, why is it a customer support like you don't have any information regarding a phone you sell? Where I work it is unacceptable to say I don't have Information?
What do we do? We make calls to upper management to find out what we need to know. Why don't you get on a phone or email the software development team and find out? How hard is that to do? Do you like it if your a paying customer and had questions
regarding a purchase you made and they don't have the answers? Get on the phone and make a call. How hard is that?
