Re: Trouble getting an unlock code

This is the kings of stuff that justifies me.  I called customer service 3 times and asked the same question, "how do I unlock my fully paid for phone?" I was told the 42 days first, was told it's impossible because I have a pure-paid plan, (so they penalize me for paying yup front for my service because I done believe in signing contacts for time purchases?), and the last time I was third there is no problem but I would have tho call back as the computers were down.

I had excellent service from a company store but lousy service from a "satellite" store.  I've had everything from excellent service to actually being lied for when I've called customer service.  I think the company is built on a good price but for some reason customer service does not seem to be a priority or at least the training off their customer service representatives. Has anyone had more than a year of service with this company & is still happy?
