T-mobile can't disable visual voice-mail for iPhone?
After having spent over 5 weeks with T-mobile customer service on the phone with a total of over 10 hours their conclusion is that they can't disable visual voice-mail for iPhone customers. They have tried to disable it couple of time but after a couple of days (2-5 day) visual voice-mail comes back on by itself.
According to them it's Apple feature and they can't do anything about it. Doesn't T-mobile have settings to turn on/off visual voic-email? Or do they want customer to use visual voice-mail and burn through their data plan?
I've been with T-mobile for over 10 years but have never seen such arrogant customer service from them before. Maybe they have become too good for their loyal customers.
