probably only has the new JUMP in mind or maybe just started so doesn't even know about the original JUMP. I just made sure that when we did my wife's that we wanted to stay grandfathered. What is funny is a "retail sales leader" insisted that we would now be migrated to the new JUMP which I knew we didn't and had to ask 2 others who agreed with him until he finally went back and asked the store manager who confirmed we could stay on the original JUMP. Then when I went to pre-order JUMP my GS4 to a GS5 the same guy said you can't pre-order JUMP but again thankfully the manager was there and took care of it.
They just have so many changes I think it is getting hard to keep up, that is why the forum is a good place to look and double check if something doesn't sound right.
