i called that number many times and only seem to get the option to let a robot tell me my balance and such, so i went to a local t-mobile store to pay my bill in person, which seemed to work after some trouble. the employee at the store told me the pending transactions would be re-credited back to my debit account (as of 2 days ago) and that there is nothing he could do, and he could not enroll me in auto-pay.
however, there are still hundreds of dollars deducted from my checking account days later, which *were* pending but now are not even showing up, so i called my bank. my bank says that the funds will sit there in lala land until the 8th (i dont even know how many of the redundant transactions will be returned), which means paying my tmobile bill has caused me to empty my checking account for weeks, and now i am unable to visit my daughter for her first birthday coming up or anything else for that matter. extremely disappointed to say the least
