Before I signed up with a Simple Choice Plan, I checked with two different agents (one online and then in my local Tmobile store) on whether I could suspend and restore multiple times in the year (since I knew i'd be away two times for 2.5 months) and was told while there once was a limitation to one time, there was on longer such a limitation. I'm now back from my first suspension and have restored and went to check the process for suspending so there would be no problem when I needed to do it in June. But when I follow the directions at Suspend your line, unlike in the picture there, only "Report lost/stolen" appears under Security and there is no item for temporary suspension? Was I misinformed by the representatives I spoke to before signing up?
