Cannot Update Plan: Specifically Data Service

Hi,

 

I've recently added another line to my account. It's on a family plan. When I first got a single line on T-Mobile, I was able to update my Data Service. If I remember correctly, I did this by logging into my account; going to "plan"; clicking on "View Plan" then making the necessary changes there. The problem here is that now I can't do so because I'm getting an error message. The error or message I keep on getting is as follows.

 

"You're currently on our best plan. There are no other plan options available to you at this time."

 

I thought it was only temporary but it's been more than a month now and it's still the same. I know the changes should be done on the primary account/number but the error message is appearing when done through both accounts (primary line and new line). I'm hoping that someone from T-Mobile will help me solve this problem soon as I'm planning on getting another line to the account. However, I NEED to have this fixed first in case I want to make changes again on any of the lines under my account.
