Thank you T-Force team who help me to get my money back after long investigate. Now the other problem still not solve yet that is T-mobile still chasing me every month by sending billing statement. It looks so weird to me. The order already canceled, having the money back but still receive the billing every month for the service charge $300. I tried to contact T-Mobile toll free 800 which printed on statement but that number is used for paying bill and is a robot talking not a human as i need to contact. Again, T-force team please help me to solve this mess. I don't want to get the bill each month which i never use the T-mobile service. Thanks.
