Received LG G2 With 4.4.2, Issues.

I have contacted T-mobile chat/tech support and while very friendly, they weren't very helpful. I am in no way trying to be rude or demean the work they do, but I need further assistance. This is actually in regards to my mom's phone, I have a Note 3, she just switched to T-mo and has an LG G2. I helped her set it up since I have a good knowledge of tech/phones. I received the LG G2 in the mail since they didn't have any available in store, I was excited to learn that it already came with 4.4.2 Kitkat installed, considering I have a Note 3 which still doesn't have it. I learned shortly after that T-Mobile hasn't released 4.4.2 for the G2. I believe that I received some sort of testing build on accident from T-Mobile. My main issue has been Wifi calling, outbound calls do not work but receiving calls, as well as receiving and sending SMS works fine. This is a big annoyance considering a big part of having a phone in the first place is making calls. Tech support told me this was a documented issue, which their engineers were working on. I don't know whether to believe that or not. It's also interesting to note that it displays my phone number as unknown, but if i use the dialer code to view it, it shows up just fine. I have done all the troubleshooting for the phone associated with Wifi calling, including: port forwarding on the router, resetting the router, toggling wifi on the phone, clearing app data/cache for associated wifi calling apps/services on the phone, moving closer to the router, checking for firmware updates for the router, checking for updates for the phone, and as a last resort I factory-reset the phone but the same issue persists. At this point I may just try and get a new G2 with the more stable 4.3 on it. Here is some information about the software information under about phone:

4.4.2

baseband: M8974A-AAAANAZM-1.0.190034

kernel 3.4

Build JDQ39B

Software version: D80110g

All calls off of Wifi calling when I actually have signal work just fine. I have verified the number is on the network and registered with the correct APN and settings.

If there is any other information you can give me about this build or how I got it I would be very interested.

Thanks!
