The problem is not resolved (tmo_jennifer). This has been a horrible experience and I really need someone to help me. I have tried everything suggested and it has not helped at all. I have had this device since late December 2013 and the speed is still (.1). I patiently waited for Feb. thinking that maybe I exceed my data plan somehow and that it would reset, but I was wrong. I literally parked my car outside of a BK just to post this because I don't want people to assume the problem was resolved magically over time (rem736).
