I bought the phone 5 years ago, I used for 3 years left tmobile, my mom has used it after I left tmobile which has now been 2 years the phone is still active on tmobile she want to switch cause she can't make any calls from home she's 71 and needs it for emergencys and she knows how to use it and she doesn't want to change phone. give her a new one she just seem lost at tyring to use it even if you show her how she forgets, tmobile doesn't care so that where I am at now I guess I will have to call every day maybe they will get tired and give me the code
