Did you find the caller id settings? Instead of network try show number. The other places I would try it's the my T-Mobile website and go to your profile and make sure your info is attached to your number and you can also search caller id and will probably find settings there. Did you port a number over to T-Mobile? If you did it also may take some time before all the systems update from the porting.
