Hello escott63! T-Mobile is constantly modernizing and building towers. I'm sorry you and others are having a bad experience when it comes to the T-Mobile coverage. I am asking that you call T-Mobile and let them know. T-Mobile has a set standard of data speeds and if its below that standard they will send an engineer out ASAP. T-Mobile's goal is to provide Customers with a quality of service unlike any other carrier, and They are slowly getting they, but it takes feedback for this to happen! Also sign up on the T-Mobile TakeAction website as this is a resource TMO uses to determine potential coverage enhancement sites. Please help yourself and others and give them a heads up!
