There is no truth to that statement concerning Lumia Black and the Lumia 810
I provided you with the link but you apparently missed that link to Nokia's list under USA
Lumia 810......Lumia Black NOT AVAILABLE unlike the 521 and 925 which DOES say "waiting for approval" for Lumia Black.
Availability in North America - Nokia
Lumia 810 "can" (meaning it as able ) get LUMIA Black but it won't get it because T Mobile won't
allow it. Nokia lists the phones that are compatible with Lumia Black and Lumia 810 is on that list.
