Hi Dino! Sorry you are still having issues with Family Allowances.  I would double check make sure you are the primary account holder in your profile.  If you are and there's no family allowance option there really is a bigger problem.  To fix it I would recommend contacting T-Mobile http://www.t-mobile.com/contact-us.html
