wrong billing of international (Israeli) landline calls

Hi,

I have the 10$ "International Talk & Text", which should be 0$ per-minute to landlines, however for the last 3 months I am being charged for that.

I speculate that the "new" site/billing is parsing the numbers wrongly.

Is it only for me?
