I went to a t-mobile store and tried to order an iphone 5s gold 16gb. They had it. The gentlemen helping me with the process couldn't access the information and couldn't give me the phone. He said "there is something going on with your account." I called t-mobile support and told them the incident. They said it shouldn't say that and they should give you the phone because nothing is wrong with your account. Supposedly there was an IP error or something but for some strange reason it was only on my account. Everyone else trying to upgrade had no problem doing so. I then decided to order the iphone via phone call. I had to pay overnight shipping because I didnt have a phone and needed it ASAP. I received and email saying my order was backordered. Why didnt the representative tell me there wasn't any available? I don't understand. I havent had a phone for over a week and don't know when the phone will ship. If you have any idea when the iphone 5s gold 16gb will be back in stock PLEASE LET ME KNOW! Thanks.
