there is an update that ends with NF1 it helps a lot but try to get it using Kies 3 through your pc it's better than the OTA, was the replacement refurbished?

No, they will use them for warranty exhanges. They don't sell refurbished phones for newer phones right away. Typically those are trade in that they use for refurbished.
