I ordered the gold iPhone 5s 32GB on December 4, 2013. When I ordered the phone it was not on backorder, and the representative assured me that I would receive it by Saturday the 14th (because I was going out of town for about a month). A couple of days later I received an email saying that the phone was backordered, so I called. The representative told me that it would take 7 days for the phone to get to the warehouse, so it would not longer get to me on time. I was told I could not cancel the order, and that UPS could change the shipping address if I called today. I called today to attempt to change the address, and a different representative told me that the phone was "double backordered" and that I would not receive my phone until the end of the month. I talked to another representative (today also) who then told me that this was not true, and I should be receiving my phone by next week, this representative told me to call UPS to they could change the shipping address. UPS said they could not change the shipping address because there was no tracking number. So, I called and then talked to ANOTHER representative, who told me my phone was back ordered again, and that I would possibly receive it on the 26th of December. In the course of a week every representative has told me something different. Three in less than an hour. I just want to know when I will receive my phone, and is anyone else having these problems?
