Guys..... Tmo wasn't able to provide a solution to this problem. They always told me the engineers were working on it but they never called me with an answer. I tried something that seems to be helping with the reception. I changed the Cellular Data and MMS APN setting to this: web.omwtoday.com. This is an old setting used by Walmart employees in their Walmart T-Mobile Family Plan. This plan is exclusively for Walmart employees. After making those changes and restating the phone, it looks like the 4G signal is more stable because it rarely switches to EDGE. Now, this will not work with LTE. Whenever I enable LTE it shows that it's picking the signal but I cant connect to the internet. Give it a shot guys, it may work for you. I will be selling this iPhone as soon as I can and I will probably get a Samsung Galaxy. It's stupid how T-Mobile wasn't even able to provide a reasonable answer to many of us experiencing this situation. Good luck everyone
