Call in, ask for "Hotspot" at the recording.

 

The hotspot technical agent who answers will take the cash amount on your account and have it applied as a Data Pass.

 

To avoid this headache in the future, press 0 # after loading your card to speak to an agent, ask them to make sure your account has a Data Pass is applied to it.
