Very disappointed with t-mobiles costumer support!!

So in October we went to a T-Mobile store and one of the workers recommend we get the international plan since he found out we use calling cards. He told us that this plan is $10 a month and it is unlimited talk and text, he asked us where do we call we said Guatemala, he check the countries that are included in this plan and told us YES Guatemala is on the plan. So me and my boyfriend decided to go with the plan since the worker said Guatemala is on the plan and it is unlimited talk and text. We spend about $10 on one calling card so we said yes lets sign up. Then few weeks pass and I get a text saying I have additional charges and to call T-Mobile. I called and they said I had an extra $300 on my bill, I was so shocked, I found out that we were being charged by the minute (which we were NEVER told by the worker that there was a charge to call if you are not calling a landline, he told us it was UNLIMITED talk and text) then I find out that Guatemala is not even on the plan ( the worker told us it WAS on the plan). If we knew before hand that Guatemala was not on the plan we WOULD NEVER HAVE SIGNED UP IN THE FIRST PLACE!!! And if we knew before hand that it was unlimited talk only with landlines WE WOULD HAVE NEVER SIGNED UP IN THE FIRST PLACE!!! We would have saved money and just kept using our calling cards. So the lady on the phone said that they would take care of the charges, ok I agreed with that since we were misinformed. So then I see our bill and it is $300 something, so I called customer support again the lady on the phone said sorry and said we will take those charges off, so then I asked does that mean my bill would be what I normally would pay which is $130 something, she said yes. So I checked my bill online again to see and it hasn't changed at all after a few days, I call again I speak with a guy and he said they would take care of the charges and I should check my bill in 4 days, I asked again so will my bill be around $130 something, he said yes. I check my bill today and see that it is $178, I call AGAIN (how many times do I have to call?) this guy says that he cant take anything off and that the other people I spoke with before must have had there calculations wrong and my bill is supposed to be $178. I am so angry off at T-Mobile. I don't think I will be coming back to T-Mobile ever again, they have HORRBILE CUSTOMER SERVICE, HORRIBLE NETWORK (I CANT MAKE PHONE CALLS OR USE MY INTERNET IN MY ROOM, LIVING ROOM, OR EVEN WORK!!  I should not be paying this extra $40 dollars, we were misinformed, that is not our fault, we would have never signed up in the first place if we knew ALL the details. What a rip off. Defiantly telling our friends and family to not continue with T-Mobile, my mother is already thinking of switching because she also has had bad customer service.
