So, how is this mythical "support" obtained? My phone doesn't work, but I can use it to go online. Unfortunately, TMobile won't help me resolve this! I have spent the last hour looking for even one tiny thing that was remotely helpful, and all I have found is more angry, confused TMobile customers! I can't wait for my contract to be up! T Mobile's so-called online support must be manned by unicorns, and the Easter Bunny, because they are just a figment of my imagination! I couldn't be much more unhappy, dissatisfied and downright disgruntled at this moment! THIS SUCKS!!!!
