I've had the SII for a year now and now I've noticed that my data rate is 390-450Kb/s I have tested the speed with DSL Reports speed test in 10 cities in SoCal. I ride the Metrolink to work every day. At home and work the speed is 12Mb but those are the two place I DON'T need a connection and I am not over my limit on my limitless plan. The cities I've tested in are Oxnard, Camarillo, Moorpark, Simi Valley. The San Fernando Valley and Los Angeles
Any ideas?
