Why does it feel like new customers are treated better than loyal customers.

Why am I constantly given the run around about upgrades and my lack of service.

I have been with t-mobile as a loyal customer and I have been receiving phone calls days late and not getting texts at all. I inquire with my local t-mobile store and they assure me the issue will be resolved. I then proceed with the htc radar which both my fiancée and I had  and we keep having these issues. We were given replacement phones still radar and it continued. I was told I had one option the blackberry as a replacement which was blatantly a lesser phone. I informed customer care I was going to switch to verizion who guaranteed better service keeping the same data and usage for the same set bill price. Somehow the girl magically found several lesser options yet still better than the joke I was offered before. I was informed my bill would be lowered come August and we were eligible for free upgrade the same month with no hidden fees. I log on and see that now you have switched to an " upgrade" option which is just financing a phone for the full retail price over 2 years added to the bill. Still sucks but what can you do I also see that you don't have to put a down payment on the phone and it will just add to each bill cycle...ok. But being a customer I log on to see how to upgrade and to my surprise that deal is for only new customers who would pay 25 dollars monthly and still get a cheaper rate for the same service I currently am paying for. Instead I would be forced to pay 300 dollars upfront for the same device and be forced to pay 12.50 each month for 24 months to total the retail value of the phone. How in the world is that an upgrade and not just blatant disrespect and robbery of a customer who wants to stay loyal to this company but has had nothing but terrible experiences and a bunch of un answered questions. I have gone through every avenue trying to resolve this before breaking my contract and going elsewhere, I have alot of family using you as a provider and that can change. Please will someone actually give some tiny inkling of respect and value to your existing customers.
