Where is the love for long time customers?

I have been a customer for over 10 years and I just can't help feeling like my loyalty is no longer going to be rewarded. T-Mobile used to offer better upgrades or add-ons to loyal customers. Now when I talk to customer service, I find out that now that I have completed my two year commitment on one of my family lines it is not eligible for an upgrade. My current plan is more expensive than the new no contract plans, but since the other three lines on the plan got an upgrade last year, we would be charged hundreds of dollars in migration fees to switch to a new plan. Ok, let's say I make the move and pay their silly fees. How will I be treated any differently than someone who is new to T-mobile. Customer Service has told me that I won't. We will all be treated the same. Well that sucks. I used to feel valued. Now I don't.
