It has been happening for about 2 weeks now. No, changes have been made in the last two weeks. I am not able to update any apps on my phone. When I try to bring up the Play Store on my phone, nothing comes up. It attempts to come, but does not. I am able to use all features except updates or going to the app store. I am wondering if I need to go back to factory settings to fix the problem. I don't know. I have also had issues with my battery not staying properly charged and having bare minimum apps running. Also, my phone gets extremely hot rather I am using it or not.
