Re: Time to port number for ETF

Hi. I ported my first line over today, and the experience so far is great.

 

A few other questions:

  1. I set up the online account for the single ported line. When I first logged in, it showed only this one line when I clicked on the "Plan" page, but gave me the option to add more lines. Now, without me doing anything, about half an hour later, it shows all 4 lines (with the T-Mobile temporary numbers for the other 3 unported lines). I hope this automatic addition of lines to the account is normal, and the fact that the online account has been setup for the 3 unported lines even before doing the porting on those lines, would not affect the ETF reimbursement on those lines.
  2. I bought an LG L90 on all 4 lines. However, on the ported line (which I have turned on and am using already), it says "unknown device". Should it not have detected the LG L90 automatically? Additionally, on the other 3 lines that are not yet ported and have never been used yet, it says unknown device for one, Samsung Galaxy S3 for one, and Samsung Galaxy S5 for the other. It either says unknown or is clearly an incorrect device. Is this a problem in any way and would it impact my ETF reimubrsement?
  3. On the single ported line, I changed the SIM card to a nano SIM at the store (as I use this line on an old iPhone 5 occasionally). I am using this nano SIM in the LG L90 currently with a nano SIM to Micro SIM adapter. Is this fine with no impact on the ETF reimbursement?
  4. Can I start the trade-in process online for the single ported line, even before the porting has begun on the other 3 lines, without impacting the ETF reimbursement on any of the 4 lines?
